How to Customize Your Own Beats

The hip-hop production industry has taken a major step in becoming one of the major markets in the U.S. today. If you can create your own beats, you can certainly customize them, but the problem that many current producers experience is a lack of quality software to make a beat. Once I discovered how to make my own beat, rather than swiping them off of Youtube, my horizons expanded creatively, and I began to work with an up and coming artist known as Ayo Driver. One of the first things I said to him was "ayo Driver, why don't you design your own beats?" He explained that rather than hiring a producer and spending top-dollar for beats, he had his boy Joe Milly create beats for him. Now, in case you need proof that these guys are legit, I'll attach a song off of Jadakiss' latest mixtape, Consignment. This song, "Without You," was produced by Joe Milly, and it is just one of the several official tracks he has in circulation. Now, by no means am I saying that you can come into alignment with Jadakiss, I am just showing you the software that he creates his own beats with, and that software is Dubturbo. If you want to have any success when you make your own beats, I highly recommend this program. This is coming from someone who works with producers and rappers, so if you want to step up your beat game, then The Young Dog's recommendation is for you.
